Load in/Load out and Rehearsals
These rental categories allow the use of the Stage, Green / Dressing Rooms, and House only. No public is admitted.

Performance
This rental category allows the use of the Stage, Green / Dressing Rooms, Control Room, House and Lobby. A full compliment of Front Of House and Box Office staff will be supplied. The Tidemark Concession will be open. Public with tickets will be admitted.

Conference (non-ticketed)
Designed for non-ticketed events, this rental category allows the use of the Stage, Green / Dressing Rooms, Control Room, House and Lobby. A full compliment of Front Of House staff will be supplied. The Tidemark Concession will be open. Invited persons only will be admitted. No ticket sales and reduced technical support.

Lobby
This rental category allows the use of the Lobby area only. A reduced Front Of House staff will be supplied. The Tidemark Concession will be open. Public will be admitted.

* (6 per year: J/F, M/A, M/J, J/A, S/O, N/D) Deadline is the first of the month prior
          to the Calendar months, i.e.. Dec. 1 deadline for the Jan/Feb Calendar.

Advertising
"At the Tidemark" highway sign - based on availability.
$15.00 per week,       You provide, install and remove sign.
$125.00 plus weekly rental       Tidemark provides, installs and removes sign.

Promotional advertising for your event can be handled by the Tidemark.

Other Notes
All prices are subject to 5% GST
Rentals on Statutory Holidays will be charged an additional 50%
Rentals exceeding 15 hours per day may be subject to overtime rates.
Certificate of insurance is required with all rentals
SOCAN Fees may apply
