place to be on Canada Day to celebrate the joy
of childhood. The largest single day Children's Festival on Vancouver Island,
featuring special guests Pied Pumkin, Que Bola Magic, Zany Zack, and Chix on
Stix this year.
With many hands-on activities, displays,
street performances, clowns , indoor stage entertainment, and supported by lots
of volunteers this annual
event is just plain fun, fun, fun.
Bring
the whole family, pack a lunch or enjoy our great affordable festival hotdogs, and
join us in downtown Campbell River on July 1st from 10 am to 4 pm.
It’s the most fun a kid can have in a day.
NEW THIS YEAR
Admission to the hands-on activities, displays and street entertainment
is FREE.
The only charge is to go into the Theatre for any of the 4 shows,
and these tickets are only $2.00
Children under two years of age are admitted free.
Our
celebration of children and the arts endeavors to both introduce and nurture
children’s involvement with live theatre as well as to broaden their
understanding of the world around them through the arts.
The Campbell River Children's Festival is a non-profit charity event presented by the Tidemark Theatre Society and volunteers for the benefit and growth of children and the child in all of us.
